My passion is to help tired and exhausted parents get their babies sleeping through the night and have good naps during the day through gentle and proven strategies. My Story
I was in a similar boat few years ago when my younger one was born. She would wake up 4-5 times in the night, be fed only to wake up again. That combined with my post partum depression and exclusive pumping (since she couldn’t latch) was no less than a nightmare. I was cranky and irritable because of the lack of sleep, I wasn’t present with my family, I was exhausted!
So I decided to take help from a Certified sleep consultant and I am so glad I did, it was the best decision of my life. She was sleeping 11-12 hours in the night and having great naps in the day. She was a happy content baby and I was a happy content mom and wife.

My Sleep Philosophy
As a sleep consultant and as a mom, I strongly believe that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. Good sleep is vital for a productive healthy life for both parents and children. A well rested child is healthy, active and playful.
My job as a consultant is to not only teach your child the skills to a good sleep but also to educate parents about the importance of sleep.
When parents entrust me as their child’s “sleep guide,” they are placing a great deal of trust in me, and I want to let you know that I take this responsibility very seriously.



What about Crying?
As for the crying part, I will never ask you to leave your child crying alone nor will I ask you to ignore their cries. There will be some protest (crying) involved but we will work together to develop a plan that you feel comfortable with, based on what you know about your child.
