Sameea is a very kind and helpful person. She provided a lot of useful Guidance and support during the sleep training process. Bedtime had a nice 30 minute routine which ended in a 5 minute routine with no rocking required. The main change was she was able to get back to sleep if she woke up and stayed in her own bed. The system is simple and Sameea’s support made it easy to follow.

Sameea is an amazing and patient coach! We started working with Sameea when our daughter was 18 months old, and she helped us with both sleep training and nap training. Masa went from waking up several time a night, to now going to sleep awake, and able to put herself to sleep without any night waking. I love to share with you my experience with Sameea. This is my first baby and i was facing issues in her sleep and naps. After the schedule that Sameea made for my daughter and her guidance, there was a great progress. After 1 hour of day nap, now we are having great day nap hours and rest, also for night sleeping she learnt how to soothe herself and going back to sleep alone. Also, i have a shift duty, and with Sameea’s help now i can leave my baby without worrying about her sleep and rest.
I highly recommend the services that Sameea is providing, she is a master in her speciality and i am very happy working with her.
