Newborn (0-4 Months)

This package will provide parents of newborns the techniques to lay down solid sleep foundation from the beginning. The “sleep education” will allow your kids to consolidate their night sleep and learn the skills to fall asleep independently.
  • preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your newborn’s sleep pattern and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting.
  • A detailed nursery guide to help you to setup the baby’s nursery according to the safe sleep guidelines provided by AAP.
  • A private, 90-minute consultation via Teams where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
  • A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you after the conclusion of our meeting.
  • Follow up support. 4 scheduled phone calls (15-20mins) and unlimited text/email support over a period of 3 weeks. 
  • Farewell package, upon completion of our 3 weeks together, that will have information about nap transitions, travel, teething, sickness, daylight savings time change.

Baby (4-18 Months)

This package will help your babies sleep through the night without night wakeups. I will teach you the techniques to do it in the gentlest manner. Also, we will learn how to wean off the night feeds (if you want to).
  • A preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your baby’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. 
  • A private, 90-minute consultation via Teams where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
  • A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you after the conclusion of our meeting.
  • Follow up support. 4 scheduled phone calls (15-20mins) and unlimited text/email support for a period of 2 weeks. 
  • Farewell package, upon completion of our 2 weeks together, that will have information about nap transitions, travel, teething, sickness, daylight savings time change.

Toddlers (19 Months - 3 Years)

  • A private, 90-minute consultation via Teams where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

Older Kids (4-8 Years)

This package is for older children who haven’t quite developed the skills to fall asleep independently. They need their parent with them or they will walk back to your room in the middle of the night or stall at bedtime. This service will include

  • A private, 90-minute consultation via Teams discussing all the challenges and solutions.
  • A detailed, fully customized sleep plan for your kid after our meeting.
  • Follow up support. 4 scheduled phone calls (15-20mins) and unlimited text/email support for a period of 2 weeks. 

Twins/Multiples

Twins! Twice the fun, twice the love and twice the bewilderment when they just won’t sleep…or have totally different sleep schedules. In this package, we will make sleep plans for your babies where they nap at the same time and go to bed at the same time plus sleep through the night (4-18months).
